  1. Embrace three daily habits which support your happiness and growth. Things such as prayer or meditation, exercise and abundant healthy food.
     
  2. Have a trustworthy witness in your life that calls you forth, acknowledges you and gives you empowering and constructive feedback.This can be a steadfast friend, family member or coach.
     
  3.  Command forth what you want for yourself. Say "yes" to your desires and "no" to what you want to eliminate from your life. Eventually what you no longer want, leaves.
     
  4. Adopt an attitude of persistence, never ever, ever let go of your dream. Always be proactive in your thoughts and intentions. With persistence you can accomplish anything. Finish what you start, you are a winner!
     
  5. Cultivate a positive attitude. Read uplifting materials, spend time with people who elevate you. Surround yourself with nature, beauty and art.
     
  6. Make money your friend. Have a healthy attitude and respect for it. Allow it to flow in and out of your life without fear.
     
  7.  Forgive, forgive, forgive. Let go of past hurts or people who have wounded you. This allows for your own healing. The sooner you can forgive, the quicker you can achieve your heart's desire.
     
  8. Always choose; make choices to reflect your core values. Soon you'll notice how your world and the people in it reflect back to you these values.
     
  9.  Smile often; smile and look people in the eyes and mentally say, "I assume the best in you." Pretty soon you are saying this to yourself too. " I assume the best in me." Positive self talk starts here, raising you and everyone near you up.
     
  10. Play; have a weekly play date. Practice a hobby whose only purpose is to provide pleasure for you. This allows you to have fun on a regular basis independent of everything else in your life.
